It will help to gradually cut back on coffee. The first weeks of cutting back were a little challenging for me, but a great bonus was to fall asleep within minutes at 11 p.m and stay asleep until 6 a.m.
I found decaf green and black teas but am still looking for that coffee flavor in a decaf that suits me.
