Nope, the cortisone shot didn't seem to help. My chiropractor "stripped" my IT band last week. I wound up with bruises all along the outside of my thigh, but I'd do it again in a heart beat because it's helped a lot with the pain. (Love my chiropractor!)

My knee was doing great for a couple years, following a year of being really steady with my food, so there's some kind of connection there. So, I've tightened things up and I'm journaling again. I expect slow but steady improvements. No more injections if I can help it.
