One new step each month an OK goal?
So I'm back on track with Step One, yay. PnP talks about taking your own path but to pace yourself-- slowly.
Do you think a 7-month goal is too ambitious? As in, adding one step per month. It won't be a law for me- I'm still gonna be flexible with myself with the hopes that in time a little "dallying" may prove more lifestyle-producing than absolutes. But a loose goal would be nice traction I think. Thoughts?
Unless I just decide, how do I know when the time is right to take the next step?
