Good for you . I just bought a largish chunk of swiss cheese at the farmers market and wondered what to do with it . Now I know. :h26) :h27) I will scramble my eggs , add that cheese in a corn tortilla or breakfast tomorrow. Never had a tortilla breakfast but a change will be good.
