Have been journaling for 3 months or so. I am now on Step 3. I still don't love it, but am getting used to it. A BIG benefit is that I can go back and see what is going on over a day, week or month. Boy what a revelation that has been. It has enabled me to make some changes with the other steps, all to my benefit.
If you can just pinch your nose and go forward with it, you will be surprised
