Hi Kari,

I make overnight oats with blueberries and vanilla flavoring, or with my homemade spiced apples (sliced apples cooked with spices -- cinnamon, nutmeg, a bit of cloves -- and just a little water, no sugar) and vanilla flavoring. I add a scoop of Restore to the mix, so I have a complete breakfast. I've used regular yogurt, Greek yogurt, or even lowfat cottage cheese.

The result is thick and good. The oats are chewier than you might expect, but I like it. I've recycled some small almond butter jars for the purpose, which are just the right size and are easy to eat from.
