Steps - too fast?

I have only been in this program since Feb 12th. I have always ate breakfast but needed to adjust the protein and timing. Step 2 journaling was much more of a challenge but I now enjoy it. Step 3 surprisingly is pretty much what I do. I will work on making sure I have the right amount of protein and timing. I'm thinking my daily vitamin which fits the amount recommended is fine to continue. This program just seems to fit. I love feeling good and hope I am not moving too fast.
