Joy dot: Swainson's hawk perched on a tree in the marsh this morning
Sounds like you might be an introvert. I am an introvert, and sometimes I have to think about what someone has said for a while before I respond. I also tend to talk less about what is going on with me - I have to do a lot of processing before I share. And if my beta endorphin is low, I post less.
But that's usually when we need to post the most. These days, I usually know wny my Beta Endorphin is low, and I just take care of it, but on the earlier steps, it often meant I needed some support with my program.
But even when I didn't post, just reading the forum helped because it reinforced what I was doing and there was good recovery energy there.

: Thank you Mosaic That is
: I tend to like to read what everyone
: just what I have been thinking
: that I need to do differently this
: time. I often go inward when I an
: having trouble which makes it easy
: to slip over time because there is
: no input from others and I can kid
: myself so easily. So I have been
: thinking that this time I will aim
: to post regularly (aiming for
: every day).
: else posts and hide myself away
: sort of. I tend to be more of a
: thinker. I read a book where the
: author described people as either
: the babbling brook (everything
: pours out of their mouth as soon
: as it pops into their mind) or the
: dead sea (people who think a lot
: before they speak and don't
: necessarily have to say a lot). I
: err toward being more of a dead
: sea sort of person and so it is a
: slight challenge to post
: regularly. I go through times
: where I sort of often feel blocked
: against joining in. Could that be
: a sugar sensitive symptom for some
: people?
