Hi SJD,
I'm sorry I am coming to this dialogue late, I have been away for awhile. But the one coffee I drink in the morning (oh, and often an afternoon decaf) is suspect in my book. I was only ever an occasional coffee drinker in my early life (only when I traveled, tea otherwise), but then a lover turned me on to it full-time, and it rooted. That was about 8 years ago. And I feel like it contributed to some not so great stuff for me. But I drink one strong cup first thing when I get up.
SO, I would love to hear your thinking around what you are doing, and why you've challenged yourself to give it up - if you feel like i! Hilda
