I never had sugar for more than one day at a time these days and hadn't for a couple of years, even then it is usually just in the evening. I totally understand why I needed it now, and have rectified the problem that caused the need for it. I don't expect it to happen again, it has taken me 2.5 years to discover the problem and it should be sorted out now. I never got to have any of the bad side effects of the sugar only having it for that long, and always went straight back to the steps the next day, without any difficulty at all.
