Journaling, blah?
I'm on step 2 and have been for about 3 weeks. I get that it is my body's way of 'speaking' to me and I get that, but I still hate it. It seems like such a chore and I feel like I'm never going to love it (have dabbled with journaling for many, many years) Do I just move onto step 3?
