: Mosaic, I do have PnP. Sorry, what
: book is YLD? Tell me about it.

sorry I didnt explain.. YLD is Your Last Diet, you can see the book if you look in the store, great Amazon reviews :h4) and its online too with chats and a list for us :h4) It was my introduction book to this place :h10) because I thought everything was all about weight.

I'd recommend YLD to EVERYONE regardless of weight things because its just got some terrific programme things within it. We are doing a book study at the moment in YLD Chat ( Weds) and it really strengthens my steps.

: I literally roll out of bed and out
: the door so what is the simplest
: step is actually the most
: difficult. I don't wake up easily
: at all so my breakfast must be
: grab and go.

well that takes me back a few years , me too :h6) only I had to be practically dragged out of bed first. Never a morning person. I still like my bed :h11) but I wake alert these days - so nice.

I'm thinking I might
: boil two dozen eggs in advance of
: the work week, but then what can I
: do for complex carb with them
: that's fast? Oh my gosh, I have an
: idea. I have noticed that barley (
: I soak it overnight then steam)
: has the most wondrous effect on
: me!

well thats great news! both on planning, and also on listening to the news your body lieks barley :h7) I am having an egg or two for breakfast :h9) but at only 6g each I combine other proteins, more often than not, shake that I mix the night before.

let us know what protein you decide on for sure... are you ok with the protein gram calculation for your self?
