I always reckoned myself a good sleeper, till I worked through to step 4. I believe now that the quality of my sleep was not that great. Lots in each step to promote restful sleep I reckon - and sometimes, theres a sleep class too .
but for now step one will set the scene for you. do you have coffee at breakfast? I always did and it was the highlight of the day, not suprisingly an hour or so before breakfast if possible LOL. I had to put in a bit of effort to get breakfast =first.
nowadays, after 6 and 7, I have a decaf brand that I like . I found I didnt want coffee much after step 6, wasnt expecting that at all! I did a slow taper as Kathleen recommends and it was so different that way.
oh and I like decaf coffee shake of a morning too.
