was a real strong coffee addict and I found that the challenge, more than whites and sugars really. Though I felt step 6 was the right place for me for my own caffeine detox - as the support was there then ( and instead of my sudden cold turkey efforts)

I do remember feeling a little flat for quite a while afterwards. I think that was my step 6 flat. Would reading the newsletters about 'flat' help? I am intrigued and think I will look them up.
