Caffeine and sleep issues
Hi everyone,
Not sure if this is more physical or mental...but I can have a LOT of trouble with sleeping and insomnia. My brother was telling me to cut out ALL caffeine including tea.
Even tea could contribute to insomnia? Sorry I'm clueless, but I figured tea had a lot less caffeine than other drinks.
And if I have to stop caffeine/tea, what could I replace it with? They say, always substitute something for a habit when you try to give it up...otherwise it could be too easy to fall back into it. I know water is the best thing but admit I like something with flavour still! Maybe those Vitamin waters?
