Fifth week of caffeine challenge
This coffee- free living is still a puzzling process for me (and the equivalent in many ways to sugar withdrawal.)
Some days - no problem and I rejoice in those and look at what combination of food worked to help me along. I believe there is a connection and it all seems to be about my energy level.
Other days, like yesterday, stlll felt very flat and dull in the mornings and felt I had to have that one caffeinated green tea. Was inclined to blame that flatness on the msg in the Chinese food the day before.
The after lunch cravings are gone and I had been drinking decaf anyway after 3 p.m .
I feel some good but slow progress.
