There really is a reason to go through the steps in order. They build on each other and support each other. And you definitely want to wait for detox until all the other steps are in place, or it is incredibly hard on the body / brain. I don't know about you, but I struggled for so long with cravings, and tried several times to give up sugar, and it just never worked. If you do the steps slowly, and in order, your chance of success really increases! That's what happened with myself, and I've seen it happen with so many other people here. It has lasted a long time too...I've been doing this since 2001!

: I LOVE how everything is so pristine
: and fresh after the rain =)
: Wow - glad you can relate to these
: feelings (but of course, not glad
: that you had to go through the
: same awful emotions and highs/lows
: of sugar cravings and addiction!!)
: So...you REALLY recommend doing the
: steps in order, no jumping around
: from step 1 to 4 to 7, then back
: to 2 or something?
: Just wanted to hear more on the order
: of progression that most people
: follow, and who are successful
: with this...
