Hi Shirley,
Is there something you would like to try for breakfast? It really can be quite an adventure to find out what you like. When I first started the program, I had protein shake. It was quick, and I could add what I wanted to make it taste good. I don't use it in other food, but I know people put it in their oatmeal, or make protein bars out of them...add them to muffins, or other baked goods.
The one through the RR store is made specifically for sugar sensitive people. If you buy any from the store, you just want to make sure it doesn't have any sweeteners in it.
My breakfast this morning was chicken with millet, lentils, with Mexican Fiesta seasoning. Warm and filling!
Leftovers can be used for breakfast, if you enjoy that.
Questions are great!!
