Thank you Allison and Cloe,
I have been tested for hypothyroidism and am at the very low end of the "normal" scale. Since I am in Australia they only test tsh and t4 though. I have been very fatigued and have a couple of the hypo symptoms but on the whole I probably have more adrenal fatigue symptoms and when I googled I found that adrenal fatigue can contribute/cause low body temperature also. I guess I am hoping it is my adrenals that are causing this and that by going through all the steps and becoming steady will heal them and then I am really hoping that my thyroid will work more efficiently.
I exercise regularly and since I have started eating breakfast within an hour after waking up and I am including enough browns I have had heaps more energy. So I am hoping that over time my body will heal and my temperature will rise and I will be warmer. It was really encouraging to read about the positive improvements you have had Cloe. That gives me hope.
