Ice cream is my drug of choice. So it is hard giving it up. I am going to invest in a Vitamix. It makes "ice cream" just from frozen fruit. You can freeze berries or a banana or your favorite fruit and drop it into the machine (it's OK to add some heavy cream if you want it really thick) and it comes out the consistency of ice cream. I have done it several times at a friend's house and it took care of the craving. I guess you can even add some stevia to make it sweeter.
