Hi,
Eggs with cheese would make a great vegetarian breakfast, too. Try for organic. Also, you could eat nut butter, ground nuts, or sunflower/pumpkin seeds stirred into your yogurt for some added protein with some banana slices, or on top of whole grain oats or toast.
