Yeah, now is the season for frozen treats! :) I think if you really want to cut down on sugar, substitute frozen berries, peaches, etc. for the sprinkles, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, etc. Or at least, you can substitute one high sugar topping for a fruity one. Also you don't need to get the jumbo size...I find that eating a smaller treat slowly is way more satisfying than getting the super size and slurping it down.
