One whole week doing breakfast! *pats self on back* For the most part my mood has been quite good over the past few days. I'm glad for that. Yesterday's hiking trip was rather...challenging. For some reason I thought that stopping for a milkshake on the way to the park would be a good idea. One thing I've learned: Dairy products and hiking uphill in the sun don't bode well for my bladder! I'll just say I had to make a stop behind a bush off the trail and make creative use of a handful of leaves. Next hiking trip, ex nay on the milkshake! Other than that, it was a very physcially challenging hike but the scenery was just beautiful. I look forward to going again.
This morning I was tempted to just fill up on sweets, but after a small slice of pie and half a quaker oats granola bar I stopped myself. I had scrambled eggs and ham, toast, yogurt, and some sliced tomato for breakfast. My niece came and crawled up into my lap and I shared some of my yogurt with her, but other than that I ate it all. I'm getting use to being super full for breakfast. I don't feel so "stuffed" when I eat breakfast anymore.
