Freeze some bananas, wrapped in foil. Half a frozen banana takes a long time to eat and has that frozen treat quality. They can be dipped in cinnamon, nutmeg or ginger.
Microwave apples or peaches with spices added. Then freeze them. Frozen grapes are also tasty. I guess the important word is frozen or chilled. You can take them with you in a thermos or cooler. .
