As you do the steps and heal these cravings will heal. It is not about resisting, it is about healing. There was a tread about homemade ice cream not to long ago. Maybe you can go throughout the search and re read them, get some ideas of stuff you can make. Remember work on the step you are on, don't worry about the sugar.
