Day 7 step 1
Well I am doing pretty well with my breakfast. Boy that is a lot of food for me! I seem to go between a whole wheat scrambled egg burrito with salsa and turkey sausage and a protein shake with either oatmeal or today I tried a slice of whole wheat raisin bread w/ peanut butter. That still is a lot of food. Had an emotional day yesterday not sure if it was that I haven't had much sugar or just stuff! But each day easier with this breakfast step...so I keep going!
