Thanks for the replies. This scenario does not happen often. I can't eat while I am with clients. So I guess the best thing is to just move up dinner on those days or just eat when I get home. Either way, I will be off a couple of hours from my normal schedule.
Some evenings I get home from work at
: 10:30 or so and really don't feel
: like eating dinner and then going
: immediately to bed. I am too
: exhausted and not even hungry. On
: these days I have a protein type
: snack around 6 or 7 p.m.
: So is there any problem skipping
: dinner if I wake up the next
