this is going to sound a bit odd, but the thing is I think, to divert that energy on to your step. I used to spend so much time worrying about other things instead of my step. It diluted my step a bit. Most of the time I was worrying about step 4 and 6 instead of doing 1.
So if you are doing step 1, you could have frozen yogurt for breakfast if you like, just do the 4 parts of breakfast. Or later in the day is fine. Just breakfast
if step 2, write it in journal
step 3, move it to mealtime
and so on
step 7 for me means I dont get attracted to ice cream, but I always have a play on holiday concocting an ice cream out of whatever is available. Its a challenge and I have even made ice cream ( sort of!) with a plastic tub and a fork! ( Arm ache )
Its really fun! my most succesful is making a custard from egg and greek yogurt, and I'll have a batch to have with my lunch.
