Hi Shirley
I use the George's Restore sold on this web site because it doesn't have a funky taste like some protein powders and has a very smooth texture. However, you can also see what you can find at a health food store near you. If you are menopausal, soy is ok to use, but it is not good for younger women. Brown rice powder and whey powder are ones you could try. I like to get an unsweetened one and sweeten it to my taste with fruit. I used to get protein powder made my Naturade, but I like the Restore much better.
I wouldn't buy any prepared shake drinks - they don't tend to have enough protein and they are full of sweeteners and sugar.
