Frozen goodies in spring/summertime!
This is a dangerous one for me. I admit I'm one of those who got into the craze of fro-yo shops and especially now that the weather's getting hotter, I find it very hard to resist!
I think frozen yogurt by itself maybe doesn't have much sugar, the problem is all those toppings...and especially if it's self-serve, I admit I'm not disciplined enough to just avoid the toppings
If anyone has good ideas to substitute when the cravings for things like ice creme, fro-yo, etc really hit - that would be great! I know that I don't need to eliminate the sugars right now...but I'd still like to try and decrease overall the sugar I do have. Thanks guys =)
