Day 6 Step 1 Breakfast: Banana bread protein oatmeal!

Wow, day 6! Almost a whole week..time flies! This morning's breakfast was YUM. I had my favorite sausage. :h9) Along with scrambled eggs and cheese, Activia yogurt, and a bowl of oatmeal. But it wasn't just any oatmeal. It was my special banana bread protein oatmeal! It's a half cup of quick oats, two tablespoons of Bob's Red Mill soy protein, a diced up half a banana, and cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt to taste.
Cook the oats, add the other ingredients, then whip whip whip with a fork! 10 grams of protein and so delish first thing in the morning!
I'm going to do some writing now for work. In a couple hours me, my sister and my twin nieces will be headed to Monrovia Canyon Park to hike to the waterfall. It's a beautiful sunny day for a hike, and it will be good for me to get out in nature. I can think of no better way to burn off all this protein. :h9) What a lovely Sunday!
