I LOVE how everything is so pristine and fresh after the rain =)
Wow - glad you can relate to these feelings (but of course, not glad that you had to go through the same awful emotions and highs/lows of sugar cravings and addiction!!)
So...you REALLY recommend doing the steps in order, no jumping around from step 1 to 4 to 7, then back to 2 or something?
Just wanted to hear more on the order of progression that most people follow, and who are successful with this...
: Joy dot: an amazing thunder /
: lightening storm last night! Much
: needed rain, and today the growing
: things look vibrant!
: Yes, I definitely was very, very
: emotional...the best description
: for me is volatile! As I went
: through the steps, it was amazing
: how my emotions became more
: balanced. My blood sugar is wonky,
: and going through the steps helped
: me realize when my blood sugar is
: steady...I'm much more steady! And
: the reason I found PNP was due to
: depression. I thought it would be
: great to use food to help with my
: depression instead of getting on
: meds. Again, the more steady my
: blood sugar...the more steady and
: calm I became, and the sparkle
: came back!
