I uses to work evenings/night and it was hard to figure out. I even changed my meals around carried shake for dinner and at breakfast ate diner food. It was not ideal but tried it. The important thing is to work on 3 meals. If you have time at 6 or 7 make that your dinner. I know it can be a pain to carry dinner but healing is most important.
