Too much protien

Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum and although I'm in the class for Step 2, I realize that I didn't really do Step One as thoroughly as I should, so I'm back stepping a bit, and also wanting to connect with the community more (something I'm not usually inclined to do).

I'm supposed to eat about 28 grams of protien per meal, and I'm finding it hard. That's a lot of food. I'm afraid I'm going to gain weight eating so much. I have no problem eating breakfast, but I am finding it hard to eat so much protien. I'm not a big fan of protien powder, but I would love some feedback on whether people follow the protien forumla strictly, or whether eating a little less protien still works with the RR program.
