Newbie

Hi,

I've been reading Potatoes not Prozac which I bought years ago and put away on a bookshelf, but recently felt so deflated about the weight I've piled on, and remember a friend mentioned to me about maybe being sugar sensitive ...... which I thought strange a first, but on reading it felt like I was reading all about me.

I'm desperate to see change come and amazed that there is an online community to help support. Think this is my time for change
