Skipping (late) dinner
Some evenings I get home from work at 10:30 or so and really don't feel like eating dinner and then going immediately to bed. I am too exhausted and not even hungry. On these days I have a protein type snack around 6 or 7 p.m.
So is there any problem skipping dinner if I wake up the next morning and do my regular 4 part breakfast?
I ask because I am on step 3 and I trying to do three meals a day with protein at the same time. However, life is not perfect and my schedule does not always permit this.
