what helped me most I remember was getting breakfast sufficient. Then for a long time I had a planned snack morning and afternoon.

I had been accustomed as a lifelong dieter to trying to last through. So knowing that it was all about Abundance meant I didnt feel the need to over do everything in case I didnt know where the next meal was coming from

the more I join in chat and read I realise that there are biochemical things built into every step. I found that doing the steps did it for me and I discovered several reasons later, which is quite fun :h4) So step one and two you have already done some work and as step three unfolds you'll discover lots of things individual to you that will be brilliant
