what helped me most I remember was getting breakfast sufficient. Then for a long time I had a planned snack morning and afternoon.
I had been accustomed as a lifelong dieter to trying to last through. So knowing that it was all about Abundance meant I didnt feel the need to over do everything in case I didnt know where the next meal was coming from
the more I join in chat and read I realise that there are biochemical things built into every step. I found that doing the steps did it for me and I discovered several reasons later, which is quite fun So step one and two you have already done some work and as step three unfolds you'll discover lots of things individual to you that will be brilliant
