I can quite identify with feeling confused by all this! I was too! but then, I was trying to think of several things at once ... so I think your re- reading is a great idea

what are you finding the easiest? Protein looking good! egg and sausage... thats a good idea combining protein like that.
Egg at 6g for me I have to add more to get to my grams... do you have enough?
