theres a lot of great things in radiant recipes online ( via Resources) Couple of versions here. I also often put some protein powder in as thats a useful top up if travelling
my own yam cakes turn out a little different each time, as I like to play. My favourite has been putting coffee and walnuts in it
I put a batch in the suitcase when I travel if we are self-catering and then freeze when I get there.
for short weekends away etc they keep ok for a day or two. Only, as a Rain Goddess, I have only carried them when the weather is its usual, not in sun. that might be a bit different.
ohhh and on the shake front, lambs letuce and red chard mixes in ok. spinach mixes best.
