Question . Will you maybe clean up your step three whilst sugar-shopping differently in anticipation of that step six ?
Step three took me a long long time to get right and dinners were my weakest spot too .
I eased through it slowly until toward the last month of it when I could pinpoint my trouble spots which were :
No real meal plans with lists ( still not too organized but much better )
Eating dinners out.
Evening weariness, hence evening snacking on sweets . ( Am relaxing in evenings now and going to bed earlier)
