I actually enjoyed breakfast this morning. And I ate it within an hour of waking up. :) I kept thinking of things I should do...even thought, "I should make a meatloaf so I will have something to eat tomorrow for breakfast," totally forgetting that I still had to take care of today's breakfast. I get ahead of myself at times. Sometimes there are "fake" things I need to do that distract me from the "real" things I need to do. So I got back on track. I had scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese, toast with peanut butter, a Johnsonville Smoked Sausage (Yum!), and plain yogurt. I couldn't find any suitable fruit for the yogurt so I just ate it plain. That sausage was seriously yummy...I was enjoying it so much that I forgot my peanut butter honey toast was even on the plate. lol. I topped it all off with a cup of orange green tea. Great breakfast today.
