It helps me to admit what is challenging and post it here while I am trying to change.
I often say I will do something for thirty days. :h26)
My habits all seemed to be about timing.
I look for something to refresh and energize me at certain times of the day.
I see you do too
What helps me along is always having sturdily healthy food that seems to be a bit of a treat.That is not carrots, nor cottage cheese but I splurge on something a little different.
Today it was some fresh blackberries instead of a tea break. :h23)
