Yes ... that is a good idea Laura. I will join step one. I am noticing huge improvements in my energy and mood just doing breakfast properly again. I realise that I had slipped quite a bit in this area.
Your attitude is great Laura. I really admire anyone who can sit back and do each step properly. I have to really make myself go slowly.
I used to run long distance too and it was the same there too. I had to run longer and/or faster each week. I still run but I make myself stick to an amount of time now. It is easier now because I know that too much exercise doesn't work for me but it doesn't stop me from occasionally pushing and finding out again that it doesn't work.
I wonder if there are non-sugar sensitive (normal body chemistry) people who still have this tendency or if it is just a trait of the sugar sensitive?
