Re: Need help understanding this

Hi Kimberly, it's nice to have you here!

I know it is hard to understand, but just working on step 1 is all that is needed right now. Put your focus and energy into breakfast. What we need to do is add in things first...things like protein, complex carbs, and even learning new habits, like eating on time and every day! I ate sugar up until the end, but now I don't crave, and I'm much more happy and calm than before the program.

You might even enjoy the Recovery group, which helps people who have alcohol or drug addictions. You can find that group by clicking on the Make Connections link at the top of the page...then click on the Join our Online Group...and then look for the RadiantRecovery group, towards the bottom of the page.

: Hi,
: Not sure this is the right place or

: finished reading unto step 1
: twice! I have been on and off
: antidepressant for 15 years and
: the one I am currently on helps,
: but not with alcohol. I am a child
: of a deceased alcoholic and severe
: sweet eater! So the questionnaire
: hit home for me. I want no need to
: stop drinking the wine and balance
: myself and I feel like I am
: finally ready to do it. I am
: confused though what to do now. I
: know I have to work on breakfast,
: but what about the rest of the
: day? And if breakfast takes me 5
: weeks to master how do I continue
: to handle wine and sugar? I am
: trying hard to stop wine, but
: honestly it is a challenge. I
: haven't signed up for the

: So confused can anyone help?
