Day 3 Step 1 Breakfast

This morning I didn't get straight out of bed...I lingered for a couple hours, which broke the "within an hour of waking up" rule. But I was just feeling lazy this morning. However I did eat once I did get up. I didn't feel like leftover ham today (We got a really big ham for easter) so I started raiding the kitchen for alternatives. Yogurt, soy milk, boiled eggs, oatmeal, peanut butter, shredded cheese...yay, 41 grams of protein! Though I was feeling full before I even ate half of it. :s8( I managed to stomach the rest though.
Tomorrow I will eat within an hour of waking up.
