Back to Step 1
Been sooooooo long!!! I have followed PNP since 2000. After a long stretch, I had been steady on Step 7 for over a year+ and all of a sudden 2 summers ago I found myself in the throws of restriction and disordered eating again. I caught myself and with an out of state move last June, gained weight and back into the sugar again since then.
I am here to begin again with beginners eyes even though this road is familiar. It works. It healed me and I need to find that place again. I SO want that place again SO badly. SO, I am here.
This time, I will begin again as if I have never read a page of PNP or YLD.
I appreciate all of you and so many community members I remember from the past that are still here because IT WORKS - I may not have posted much, but I read A LOT.
You all inspire me,
