Thank you, that's very helpful!
In answer to your other question -- it took me about six months after starting to get to Step 6. Not sure if that's fast or slow? It felt OK to me, plus I had the support of my sponsor and naturopath -- I re-read Kathleen's book a lot too! I do wish I was better at journalling -- I signed up for the online class starting today. I do it -- but reluctantly
I like this joy dot thing, I'm going to have to try it!

: Hi Ally. Welcome!
: I can't tell from your post if you
: took your time going through the
: steps and are just new to the
: forum, or if your are new to the
: program and did them quickly or
: all at once. If you did them
: quickly, it would be a good idea
: to spend some time now
: concentrating on each one to make
: sure they are very steady - they
: will support your staying detoxed.
: After detox, most of us use natural
: peanut butter with no sugar added.
: You know, the kind you have to
: stir to mix the oil in when you
: first open the jar. As far as
: fruit juice is concerned, your
: body will tell you. I can't drink
: it, but I can use a little fruit
: juice in a recipe. Condiments are
: another area where it's an
: individual thing. I can use dijon
: mustard and regular mayonnaise,
: but I don't care for ketchup
: anymore and I won't use any kind
: of honey mustard sauce. Most
: fruits work for me, but I have
: them with meals, and I don't eat a
: lot of fruit. But there are other
: people who can't eat fruit.
