I am the same way - LOVE my afternoon tea with biscuits, cookies! Although, even in the afternoon I'm trying to replace this snacktime with yogurt and fruit. Ok, I admit I cheat and..sometimes I add a few chocolate chips or cookie crumbs into my yogurt...but it's significantly less sugar overall.

I'm inspired by your words 'radiantly' sugar free. I am kind of down and depress because I don't know if I'll ever get here. But I'm trying not to giveup yet!!
