Thanks everyone so much. I can't tell you how appreciative I am for your genuine feedback and support. As I continue to research more and really take the time to assess what's important, I've realized that focusing on the competition is too much stress and pressure on my already out of whack biochemistry. Instead I've switched my focus to getting healthy and working the steps. Being able to just let that pressure go is such a relief!! Now onto the steps. I've got step 1 nailed. Unlike many others, I actually have always loved and made time for breakfast. My oat bran and egg white pancake is sometimes the highlight of my day.

So now I'm tackling step 2. I've done food tracking on and off again over the years, but I admittedly never counted the binges or tracked the emotions so this is going to be where the rubber hits the road :)

BTW: JoEllen...I used to be a triathlete and still try to get in at least one event a season :h6)
