Hi Fiona- My name is Laura and I am on step 1. I have also had some terrible family trauma in the last couple of years and I believe that step 1 ,yes, just step 1 ,has really saved me. I can't wait to see what the other 6 steps will do, but I am happy to hang out with step 1 as long as needed to heal. Come over to the step 1 group. The support there is amazing and I think it would really help you get started again in the right way. Laura
